Confluence City is a real estate investment and development collaborative in Saint Louis, Missouri. The name references the meeting place of Missouri and Mississippi rivers, and the cooperative spirit we hope to cultivate in our shared entrepreneurial adventures.
We are a group of people who have decided to pool our resources to cooperatively purchase, develop, sell and/or lease properties to generate profit, while keeping in mind our shared goals, such as economic and ecological sustainability, historic preservation, urban development, and mixed income housing.
